优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing in nursing care of patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨分析优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取特定时间段(2017年2月至2018年1月)我院神经内科接收的88例脑血栓患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,给予对照组常规的临床护理办法,观察组在对照组的基础上,对患者的心理、饮食、认知功能等方面实施优质护理。结果:在对观察组患者实施优质护理之后,患者的生活质量和护理满意度明显优于对照组患者、SDS和SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对脑血栓患者的护理中实施优质护理,能够提升患者的护理满意度,降低患者的SDS和SAS评分,并且很好的提升患者的生活质量,值得医护人员在临床中推广并使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on the nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:A total of 88 patients with cerebral thrombosis received at the Department of Neurology in our hospital from a selected time period(February 2017 to January 2018)were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission.There were 44 cases in each group.In the control group,routine clinical care measures were performed.On the basis of the control group,the observation group performed high-quality care on the patient’s psychological,dietary,and cognitive functions.Result:After quality care was administered to patients in the observation group,the patient’s quality of life and satisfaction with care were significantly better than those in the control group.SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality care in the care of patients with cerebral thrombosis can improve the patient’s satisfaction with the care,reduce the patient’s SDS and SAS scores,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and use by medical personnel in the clinic.
