“散结子痈汤”治疗慢性附睾炎42例的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Sanjieziyong Decoction in chronic epididymitis:A observational study of 42 cases

目的:探讨'散结子痈汤'治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院慢性附睾炎患者84例,随机分成对照组(42例)和治疗组(42例);对照组给予口服左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予口服自拟方剂'散结子痈汤',3个疗程后进行临床疗效评价。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后的CESI各项评分显著性下降,附睾肿块面积显著性减少(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后CESI各项评分的下降和附睾肿块面积的减少更为显著(P<0.05);治疗组的有效率(88.10%)明显高于对照组的有效率(66.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:中西药联合法治疗慢性附睾炎临床疗效确切,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanjieziyong Decoction in chronic epididymitis.Methods:Eighty-four patients with chronic epididymitis admitted in our hospital were randomized into the control group(n = 42)and the treatment group(n = 42).The former was on levofloxacin,while the latter,on the basis of this,was given Sanjieziyong Decoction,a self-modified prescription orally.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment.Result:For both groups,all Chronic Epididymitis Symptom Index(CESI)scores decreased markedly and the area of epididymal mass declined after treatment as compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,it was more significant in decrement of all CESI scores and decline of area of epididymal mass after treatment(P <0.05).The response rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(83.33% vs.66.67,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese-Western therapy for chronic epididymitis is of certain application value due to its definite clinical efficacy.
