血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值研究

Study on Clinical Application Value of Blood Test in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的:研究血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2016年10月至2017年10月期间接受治疗的100例贫血患者为观察组,同时期健康体检的100例普通人员为对照组,两组均采用血液学指标检验的方式,对比两组患者血液学各项指标情况、危急重症评分。结果:观察组HCT、MCV指标显著低于对照组,RDW-SD、MCH指标显著高于对照组,观察组患者危急重症评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中采用血液检验的方式,准确性较高,可以对不同类型贫血症状进行分析判断,具有较强的应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical value of blood test in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods:A total of 100 anemia patients treated from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 100 normal individuals in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were treated by hematological test,Group of patients with hematology indicators,critical critical score.Result:The indexes of HCT and MCV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The indexes of RDW-SD and MCH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The critical critical score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The method of blood test in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia has high accuracy and can be used to analyze and judge the different types of anemia symptoms,which has strong application value.
