核磁共振在乳腺癌中的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of adenocarcinoma

目的:探究分析核磁共振在乳腺癌中的诊断价值以及意义。方法:选取我院在2015年期间到2016年期间所收治的共计100名乳房存在肿块患者作为主要的研究对象,采用MRI核磁共振技术对患者的乳腺肿块进行检查和分析,同时患者采用穿刺活检或手术病理证实符合乳腺癌标准。结果:所选取的100名患者在进行MRI核磁共振技术分析检查的过程中患者乳腺增生符合率为95%,乳腺良性腺瘤符合率为90%,乳腺癌符合率为100%,扫描过程中所有的恶性肿瘤形态为团块状,同时患者内部信号不均匀是判断乳腺癌的重要指标和特征。结论:通过MRI核磁共振技术在当前阶段的乳腺癌诊断过程中具有较高的使用价值以及意义,可以在临床上进行推广和普及。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value and significance of nuclear magnetic resonance in breast cancer.Methods:A total of100 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital between 2015 and 2016 were selected as the main study subjects.MRI was used to examine and analyze the breast masses of the patients.The patients were treated with biopsy or surgery.Pathology confirmed compliance with breast cancer standards.Result:In the100 patients selected,the coincidence rate of mammary gland hyperplasia was 95%,the coincidence rate of benign breast adenoma was 90%,and the breast cancer compliance rate was 100%during the MRI analysis.Malignant tumors are in lumps,and uneven internal signals are important indicators and characteristics of breast cancer.Conclusion:The MRI magnetic resonance imaging technique has high value and significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer at the current stage,and can be popularized and popularized in clinical practice.
