基层医院消毒供应中心人力资源的管理策略分析

Analysis on Management Strategy of Human Resources in the Disinfection Supply Center of Primary Hospitals

目的:分析基层医院消毒供应中心人力资源的管理策略。方法:选取2015年11月至2016年11月期间本院消毒供应中心实施人力资源管理后器械管理和医院感染情况作为观察组,2014年11月-2015年11月本院消毒供应中心实施人力资源管理后器械管理和医院感染情况作为对照组,对比两组器械清洗和包装合格率、管理人员技术能力评分以及科室工作满意率。结果:观察组清洗质量合格率、包装质量合格率均显著高于对照组,观察组人员综合业务能力、专业技能以及应急反应能力显著高于对照组,观察组科室工作满意率95.00%显著高于对照组80.00%,P<0.05。结论:基层医院消毒供应中心中采用人力资源管理规范化措施,可提升消毒供应中心的整体工作质量,提升管理人员的整体技术水平,保证患者的安全。

Objective:To analyze the management strategy of human resources in the disinfection supply center of primary hospitals.Methods:The observation group was selected from November 2015 to November 2016 when the hospital’s disinfection supply center implemented human resources management equipment management and hospital infection.From November 2014 to November 2015,the hospital’s disinfection supply center implemented human resources.Post-management device management and hospital infection status were used as a control group.The two sets of device cleaning and packaging qualification rates,managerial technical ability ratings,and departmental job satisfaction rates were compared.Result:The qualified rate of cleaning quality and the qualified rate of packaging quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The comprehensive service ability,professional skills,and emergency response ability of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group’s departmental work was significantly higher than 95.00%.The control group was 80.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of standardized human resource management measures in the disinfecting supply center of basic hospitals can improve the overall quality of work of disinfecting supply centers,improve the overall technical level of managers,and ensure the safety of patients.
