细节护理管理应用于内科护理工作中的效果分析

Effect analysis of detail nursing management applied in internal medicine nursing

目的:探讨细节护理管理应用于内科护理工作中的效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2017年3月所收治内科患者170例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组85例,予以内科常规护理;研究组85例,加用细节护理管理。比较两组临床疗效及护理不良事件发生情况,并记录两组护理满意度情况。结果:研究组患者中,显效61例、有效22例,其临床总有效率为97.65%,显著优于对照组的39例、35例及87.06%,X2为5.331,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组加用细节护理管理后,仅发生1例针头刺伤、1例药液外渗,护理不良事件发生率为2.35%,显著低于对照组的11.76%,X2为4.393,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者中,非常满意73例、一般满意12例,其护理满意度为100%,显著优于对照组的46例、20例及77.65%,X2为19.198,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:细节护理管理应用于内科护理工作中,可帮助患者培养良好细节护理意识,减少护理不良事件发生,提升护理质量,拉近护患关系,提高患者护理满意度,有利于良好医院形象建立,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of detail nursing management in internal medicine nursing,so as to provide reference for clinical application.Methods:Methods 170 cases of medical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March-2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group of 85 cases were given routine medical care,85 cases in the study group,plus detailed care management.The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction degree between the two groups was recorded.Result:Among the patients in the study group,61 cases were markedly effective and 22 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 97.65%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,35 cases and 87.06%,X2 was 5.331,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The research group with details of nursing management,only occurred in 1 cases,1 cases of needle puncture fluid extravasation and incidence of adverse events was 2.35%,significantly lower than the control group 11.76%,X2 was 4.393,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the study group were very satisfied with 73 cases and 12 cases were generally satisfied.The satisfaction degree of nursing care was 100%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,20 cases and 77.65%,X2 was 19.198,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The details of the nursing management application in nursing work,can help the patients to develop good detail nursing consciousness,reduce nursing adverse events,improve the quality of nursing,closer relationship between nurses and patients,improve nursing satisfaction of patients,is conducive to the establishment of good hospital image,it is worth clinical application.
