摘要
目的:对绩效考核在手术室护理管理中的应用进行分析研究。方法:选取我院接收的手术患者并进行随机分组,每组84例,对照组患者给予常规的手术室护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理的基础上再进行绩效考核,对比两组患者的护理管理失误以及护理满意度情况。结果:对照组满意度80.9%劣于观察组的95.2%,(P<0.05)。对照组护理失误率为11.9%,观察组护理失误率为2.3%,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绩效考核在手术室护理管理中的应用能够使护理人员更加积极,减少失误的出现,也使手术风险得以降低,提高患者的护理满意度,因此值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the application of performance appraisal in nursing management of operating room.Methods:168 patients received by our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the proportion of 1:1.84 patients in each group were given routine nursing management in operating room.The observation group was evaluated on the basis of routine nursing management,and the nursing management errors and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Ass far as satisfaction was concerned,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.9 and that of the observation group was 95.2.There were significant differences between.
