非酒精性脂肪肝与白脂素的相关性研究

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝是一种常见的以肝脏内脂肪异常沉积造成的肝脏疾病,其以胰岛素抵抗为主要特征,是代谢综合征的肝脏表现。近期新发现的白脂素(Asprosin)是由白色脂肪组织细胞分泌的一种蛋白类激素。其在循环血中处于纳摩尔水平,产生后会被转移至肝脏,激活G蛋白—cAMP-PKA信号通路,导致肝细胞中葡萄糖迅速释放入血液循环中。动物及细胞分子学实验显示肝脏为其靶器官。本文综述了非酒精性脂肪肝与白脂素(asprosin)的相关性。
