前路手术与后路手术对胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的治疗观察

摘要 目的:观察前路手术与后路手术对胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的治疗效果。方法:在2016年1月至2017年10月,选取我院胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者90例,均分为对照组与观察组,对照组后路手术治疗,观察组给予前路手术治疗,观察患者术中出血量、并发症发生情况、治疗效果、疼痛程度、功能障碍情况、Cobb角及伤椎前缘平均高度。结果:观察组患者术中出血量比对照组少,治疗效果比对照组高,VAS评分比对照组低,ODI评分比对照组低,Cobb角比对照组小,伤椎前缘平均高度比对照组大,P<0.05。结论:给予胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者前路手术治疗,能减少患者术中出血量,减轻疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,促进功能恢复,治疗效果较好,值得借鉴。 Objective:To observe the effect of anterior surgery and posterior surgery on multisegmental spinal fractures of thoracolumbar spine.Methods:From January 2016 to October 2017,90 patients with thoracic and lumbar multi-segmental spinal fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received surgical treatment in the posterior and the observation group was given anterior surgical treatment.The patients were observed for intraoperative blood loss,complications,treatment effects,pain,dysfunction,Cobb’s angle,and the average height of the injured vertebral front.Result:The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than the control group,the treatment effect was higher than the control group,the VAS score was lower than the control group,the ODI score was lower than the control group,the Cobb angle was smaller than the control group,and the average height of the injured frontal vertebra was higher than the control.Group size,P<0.05.Conclusion:Anterior surgical treatment of thoracolumbar spine with multi-segmental spinal fractures can reduce intraoperative blood loss,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote functional recovery.It is worthy of reference.
