口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的稳定和安全性

摘要 目的:观察口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的稳定和安全性。方法:随机选择我科2014.09-2016.09间实施口腔正畸治疗的110例患者,按照口腔正畸治疗方式的差异,将患者分为两组各55例。A组患者采用传统口腔正畸治疗,B组患者采用微型种植体支抗口腔正畸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:A组患者口腔正畸治疗成功率为69.09%、并发症发生率为21.82%;B组患者口腔正畸治疗成功率为94.55%、并发症发生率为7.27%,即两组患者各数据比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。B组患者各项口腔正畸指标均优于A组患者,即两组患者各数据比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统口腔正畸治疗,微型种植体支抗成功率相对较高,且安全性、稳定性均优于前者,可加大推广力度。
