连朴饮加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome Treated by Lian Pu Yin Plus Combined Quadruple Therapy

目的:探讨连朴饮加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床疗效。方法:2016年1月-2017年12月,随机选取我院收治的幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者76例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1:1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者38例,对照组实施四联疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上给予患者连朴饮加减治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌清除率、治疗前后症状积分和生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌清除率均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者症状积分、生活质量评分组间比较差异无统计学意义,P >0.05,治疗后上述评分均明显改善,且观察组症状积分较低,生活质量评分较高,P<0.05。结论:针对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者,行连朴饮加减联合四联疗法治疗效果显著,促进患者病情恢复,改善其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lian Pu Yin in combination with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,76 patients with Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome who were admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects.The odds and even numbers of hospital admissions were divided into control groups according to the ratio(1:1).In the group and observation group,38 patients in each group were treated with quadruple therapy in the control group.On the basis of observation,the observation group was given the patient Lian Pu Yin addition and subtraction treatment.The total treatment efficacy and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Symptom scores and quality of life before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores and quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment,P >0.05.The above scores were significantly improved,and the symptom scores were lower in the observation group and the quality of life score was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:For the patients with Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,the treatment with Lian Puyue addition and subtraction combined with quadruple therapy has a significant effect,which promotes the recovery of patients’ conditions and improves their quality of life.It is worth promoting.
