系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的作用分析

Analysis on the effect of education on chronic bronchitis nursing

目的:探讨系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年2月至2018年3月期间治疗的60例慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用系统健康教育,对比两组护理情况。结果:干预后,两组的健康知识掌握程度、治疗依从性、生活自理能力、生活质量评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果显著,提高了健康知识掌握程度和依从性,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of systematic health education in chronic bronchitis nursing.Methods:60 patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects,all of them were divided into two groups.The control group was routine nursing,and the observation group applied systematic health education on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the two groups of nursing conditions.Result:After the intervention,the health knowledge,treatment compliance,self-care ability,and quality of life of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the statistics were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic health education in chronic bronchitis nursing has obvious effect,which improves the degree of health knowledge and compliance,and is worthy of application.
