口腔修复中不同修复材料抗摩擦性能临床分析

Clinical analysis of anti-friction properties of different repair materials in oral prosthetics

目的:探讨口腔修复中不同修复材料抗摩擦性能的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年3月-2018年3月期间收治的口腔修复患者240例为研究对象,均分单牙患病,依据修复材料的不同分为三组,对比三组修复情况。结果:三组修复后修复成功率分别为93.42%、96.15%、93.02%,三组比较,统计学无意义(P >0.05)。结论:不同修复材料在口腔修复中抗摩擦性能差异性不大,在实际应用中,应依据实际情况,为患者选择最佳的修复材料。

Objective:To investigate the effect of friction resistance of different restorative materials in oral prosthesis.Methods:240 patients with dental prosthesis admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into three groups according to the different restoration materials.Result:The successful rate of repair in the three groups was 93.42% and 96.15% and 93.02% respectively.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:There is little difference in friction resistance of different restorative materials in oral prosthesis.In practical application,the best materials should be selected according to the actual situation
