医养结合存在形式及政策的研究

我国进入老年化社会后,有养无医,有医无养的矛盾日益突出,医养结合成为必然的趋势。通过对医养结合先行先试,考察和思考,得到了医养结合的目标:'老年人就医方便,有病第一时间得到方便的医疗救助,慢病得到管理和监护,失能、部分失能得到方便的护理康复,临终得到关怀,帮助每个人都能有尊严地走完人生最后一段路。'并分析了目前实现医养结合的存在形式,得出政策建议。

After China enters the aging society,the contradiction of having no medicine and no medical care has become increasingly prominent,and the combination of medical care and health has become an inevitable trend.Through the combination of medical care and first trial,examination and thinking,we have achieved the goal of medical care and support:'The elderly are convenient for medical treatment.The first time the patient gets a convenient medical assistance,the chronic disease is managed and monitored,and the disabled and partially lost.We can get convenient care and rehabilitation,receive care on the dying,and help everyone to go through the last part of their lives with dignity.' And analyzed the current form of the existence of medical care and support,and came up with policy recommendations.
