胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力的围手术期实施综合护理干预的效果研究

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative patients with thymoma and myasthenia gravis

目的:分析围手术期综合护理对胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者康复的影响。方法:随机选择本院自2016年1月-2018年1月接受手术治疗的胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者74例,将全部患者随机分成常规组和研究组,每组各37例。常规组患者在围手术期采用常规护理干预,研究组患者在围手术期采用综合护理方法,比较两组的住院时长、焦虑程度和不良反应率。结果:研究组患者的住院时长、护理后SAS评分和不良反应率均比常规组的明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期综合护理可显著缓解胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者的焦虑心理状态,预防不良反应,促进患者术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation of patients with thymoma complicated with myasthenia gravis.Methods:74 cases of thymoma with myasthenia gravisby surgery in January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected and were divided into routine group and study group,37 cases in each group.The routine groupwas takenwith routine nursing in the perioperative period,and study group adopted comprehensive nursing.Time of hospitalization,anxiety degree and rate of adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Result:Time of hospitalization,SAS score and adverse reaction rate in study group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing can alleviate the anxiety state,prevent adverse reactions and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
