风险防控管理措施对预防及控制医院感染的效果观察

The effect of risk prevention and control measures on prevention and control of nosocomial infections

目的:探讨风险防控管理措施对预防和控制院内感染的效果。方法:选择我院近两年收治的259例住院患者作为研究对象,按照是否介入风险防控管理措施,将259例患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上介入风险防控管理措施,比较两组卫生合格率、护理人员防控意识、患者感染防控知识知晓率、护理满意度及院内感染发生率。结果:观察组相比对照组的卫生合格率及护理人员防控意识优良率都更高,经比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染防控知识知晓率及护理满意度相比对照组都更高,而院内感染发生率低于对照组,经比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险防控管理措施能有效提高护理人员和患者的感染防控意识,降低院内感染发生率,在预防和控制院内感染中具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of risk prevention and control measures on prevention and control of nosocomial infections.Methods:From 2016 to 2018,259 cases of hospitalized patients were selected as the research object in our hospital.According to the implementation of risk prevention and control measures,259 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given risk prevention and control measures on the basis of the control group,two groups of the health qualification rate,awareness of prevention and control,incidence of nosocomial infection were observed.Result:The health qualification rate and the good rate of nurses’ awareness of prevention and control of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,by comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group were higher than the control group in the awareness rate of infection control knowledge and nursing satisfaction,however,the incidence of nosocomial infection of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,by comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk prevention and control measures can effectively improve the awareness of prevention and control of nurses and patients,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,it has high application value in the prevention of nosocomial infection.
