综合护理干预措施在直肠癌术后结肠造口护理中的改善作用观察

Observation on the improvement of comprehensive nursing intervention in colostomy nursing after rectal cancer operation

目的:研究分析直肠癌术后结肠造口护理中应用综合护理干预的临床价值。方法:选取2016年7月~2018年7月我院接收的88例直肠癌术后结肠造口患者,随机分为研究组和常规组,两组各44例,比较两组并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:研究组并发症发生率为4.54%,常规组并发症发生率为20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为93.18%,常规组护理满意度为72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者采用综合护理干预措施,护理效果优异,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative colonic stoma care for rectal cancer.Methods:Eighty-six patients with colostomy who underwent rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into study group and routine group.There were 44 cases in each group.The complications and nursing of the two groups were compared.Satisfaction.Result:The complication rate was 4.54%in the study group and 20.45%in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.18%,and the satisfaction of the routine group was 72.73%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with postoperative colostomy in rectal cancer has excellent nursing effect and is worthy of promotion.
