护理告知与温馨提示在心脏介入护理风险管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of nursing advice and warm tips in risk management of cardiac interventional nursing

目的:探究护理告知与温馨提示在心脏介入护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月到2018年1月间我院收治的心脏介入术治疗的患者20例进行实验分析,根据患者入院时间的先后顺序将患者分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者采用护理告知与温馨提示护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预。结果:实验组患者的护理风险管理评分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的心脏不良事件发生率对比,实验组患者心脏不良事件发生率更加具有优势,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论:护理告知与温馨提示在心脏介入护理风险管理中应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing notification and warm tips in the risk management of cardiac interventional nursing.Methods:A total of 20 patients treated with cardiac interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected for experimental analysis.Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the sequence of admission time.Patients in the experimental group received nursing notification and warm tips,while patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention.Result:Compared with the control group,the nursing risk management score of patients in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of cardiac adverse events between the two groups,the incidence of cardiac adverse events in the experimental group was more advantageous,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing information and warm tips are effective in the risk management of cardiac interventional nursing.
