腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用探析

Analysis of the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation

目的:探讨腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用价值。方法:在2017年8月-2018年7月期间,本院共选取65例行腹部手术患者,随机分成两组,对照组32例,采用常规护理,观察组33例,采用综合护理干预。结果:观察组粘连性肠梗阻发生率为3.03%,对照组粘连性肠梗阻发生率为15.63%,(P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对行腹部手术患者实施综合护理,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods:During the period from August 2017 to July 18,2017,a total of 65 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups,32 in the control group,33 patients in the observation group,and comprehensive nursing intervention.Result:The incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the observation group was 3.03%,and the incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the control group was 15.63%,(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing abdominal surgery is effective and worth promoting.
