优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者生活质量改善分析

Analysis of quality of life improvement in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema

目的:探讨优质护理在慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)老年患者的生活质量改善效果。方法:选取我院COPD老年患者进行常规护理和优质护理试验。护理后比较两组患者的肺功能改善率及生活质量。结果:实验组肺功能改善率和生活质量改善均显著高于对照组(均p<0.01)。结论:优质护理改善COPD老年患者生活质量,对慢阻肺治疗具有重要临床价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema(COPD).Methods:The elderly patients in COPD hospital were selected for routine nursing and high quality nursing tests.After nursing,the pulmonary function improvement rate and life quality of the two groups were compared.Result:The improvement rate of pulmonary function and the improvement of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve the quality of life of COPD elderly patients,and has important clinical value for COPD treatment.
