综合护理干预对脑供血不足头晕患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with insufficient blood supply and dizziness

目的:评估综合护理干预对脑供血不足头晕患者的效果评价。方法:对2016年5月至2018年3月期间在本院中接受临床治疗的脑供血不足头晕患者进行临床观察及研究,将其分为观察组以及对照组,并对患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度以及头晕发生频率以及单次头晕的平均持续时间等指标进行观察记录。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的依从率更高(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的护理满意率也更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的头晕发生频率显著降低(P<0.05),单次头晕平均持续时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能够有效提高患者依从性以及满意度,同时缓解患者的头晕症状。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cerebral ischemia and dizziness.Methods:Patients treated in our hospital during May 2016 to March 2018 with brain dizzy was chosen for clinical observation and research,it can be divided into observation group and control group.The treatment compliance of patients,nursing satisfaction,dizziness occurrence frequency and average duration of a single dizziness index were observed.Result:Compared with the control group,the compliance rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of dizziness in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the average duration of single dizziness was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve patient compliance and satisfaction,and relieve dizziness symptoms.
