联合应用腹部B超和阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of combined application of abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal B ultrasonography in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology

目的:研究联合应用腹部B超和阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症效果。方法:选择我院妇产科收治62例急腹症患者给予腹部B超与阴道B超诊断。结果:联合应用确诊率比单一诊断率高;诊断盆腹腔积液检出率高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用B超诊断效果理想。

Objective:Ultrasound diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen.Methods:62 patients with acute abdomen were diagnosed with abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal B ultrasound.Result:The combined diagnosis rate was high(P<0.05).The combined detection rate of pelvic and abdominal effusion was high(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined diagnosis is ideal.
