口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的稳定和安全性

Stabilization and safety of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment

目的:进一步深入细致的分析和探究口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的稳定和安全性。方法:有针对性的选择在2015年1月到2018年1月这个时间范围内在我院进行治疗的口腔正畸治疗患者作为本次研究的研究对象,所涉及的患者有80例,按照随机的方法针对所有患者分为两个组别,分别是对照组和观察组,两个组别各有40例患者,其中对照组患者所应用的是进行口外弓加强作为支抗,而观察组患者所采取的是把微型种植体作为支抗,针对两个组别患者所呈现出的临床治疗效果以及稳定性安全性进行分析和对比。结果:经过相对应的研究和比较之后,观察组患者所呈现出的成功率达到了95.0%,而对照组患者的成功率为80%,可以很明显的看出,观察组患者要比对照组患者的稳定性安全性以及成功率都有十分明显的提升,两者比较差异十分显著,具备相应的统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在具体的临床实践中,针对需要进行口腔正畸治疗的患者,切实有效的应用微型种植体提供与患者相适应的支抗,所起到的真正意义上的正畸治疗效果令患者十分满意,成功率很高。

Objective:To investigate the stability and safety of microimplant Anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:Targeted patients with orthodontic treatment who were treated in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected for this study.There were 80 patients involved,and all patients were divided into two groups according to a random method.,In the control group and the observation group,there were 40 patients in each of the two groups.In the control group,the control group used the extraoral arch enhancement as the support,while the observation group used the micro-implant as the support.The results of clinical treatment and the stability and safety of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Result:After the corresponding study and comparison,the success rate of the patients in the observation group reached 95.0 %,while the success rate of the control group was 80 %,which can be clearly seen.The difference between the two was very significant and had corresponding statistical significance.P<0.05 Conclusion:In the specific clinical practice,for patients who need to be treated with orthodontic treatment,the effective application of micro-implants to provide appropriate Anchorage to patients,and the true effect of orthodontic treatment made patients very satisfied.
