超声在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用分析

Application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules

目的:观察并探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2017年4月—2018年4月期间收治的210例甲状腺结节患者,所有患者入院之后进行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:所有患者经过彩色多普勒超声检查之后,对甲状腺良性结节诊断符合率为92.7%(102/110),对甲状腺恶性结节诊断符合率为50.9%(56/110)。彩色多普勒超声与病理检查结果相比较,对恶性、良性甲状腺结节的钙化特点、回声强度、血流分布情况以边界等比较差异较为显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:甲状腺结节临床诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声检查方式具有较高诊断准确率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:210 patients with thyroid nodules who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.All the patients received color doppler ultrasonography after admission.Result:After color doppler ultrasonography,the diagnostic coincidence rate of thyroid benign nodules was 92.7%(102/110)and 50.9%(56/110).Compared with pathological examination results,echo intensity,blood flow distribution and boundary of malignant and benign thyroid nodules,showing statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of color doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules has high diagnostic accuracy and is worthy to be popularized.
