HPLC测定野罂粟药材中野罂粟碱的含量

DETERMINATION OF NUDICAULINE IN PAPAVER NUDICAULE BY HPLC

目的 :建立野罂粟药材中野罂粟碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用 HPL C法 ,色谱条件 :色谱柱为C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -二乙胺 (5 5 0∶ 4 5 0∶ 0 .4 5 ) ,检测波长为 2 6 1nm。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 0 .2 0 2 μg～ 1.6 16 μg(r=0 .9999,n=6 ) ,加样回收率为 97.5 % ,RSD=1.94 % (n=5 )。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重复性好 。

Objective:To establish the quantitative determination method of nudicauline in papaver nudicaule.Methods:HPLC method was performed on a C 18 reversed phase column in methanol-water-triethylamine(550∶450∶0.45)as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 261nm.Results:The method was linear at the range of 0.202～1.616μg(r=0.9999,n=6),and the average recovery was 97.5%,RSD was 1.94%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It may be used for the quantitative determination of nudicauline in papaver nudicaule.
