摘要
目的 :检测多药耐药基因 (MDR1)在肺癌患者外周血中表达 ,探讨 MDR1的表达与肺癌耐药性之间的关系。方法 :采用逆转录 -套式 -聚合酶链反应 (RT- NP- PCR)技术检测 4 0例肺癌患者外周血中 MDR1的表达水平 ,并与 4 0例对照组进行比较。结果 :肺癌组中 MDR1阳性检出率 15 % (6 / 4 0 ) ,其中 3例既往有三次化疗病史 ,2例有二次化疗病史 ,1例为化疗前检测 ,且为腺癌。 34例阴性者 ,2 4例为化疗前检测 ,对照组无 1例阳性。结论 :肺癌患者外周血中 MDR1表达水平与接受化学药物治疗密切相关。临床上可根据 MDR1表达情况 ,合理制定化疗方案。
Objective: To detect the expression of MDR1 in blood of lung cancer patiants, explore the relationship between the expressions of MDR1 and multi-drug resistance in lung cancer. Methods: The expression of MDR1 were tested in 40 lung cancer cases using RT-NP-PCR technique, and the results were compared with 40 normal control cases. Result: The positive rate of MDR1 in lung cancer is 15%(6/40), three cases have three times chemotherapy history, two cases have twice chemotherapy history, one cases was detected before chemotherapy and was adenocarcinoma. Among 34 cases of negative, 24 cases were detected before chemotherapy. No patient was positive expression of MDR1 in the normal control. Conclusion: The expression of MDR1 in blood of lung cancer patients is related to chemotherapy. The treatment plan could be made according to the expression of MDR1.
