雷公藤和糖皮质激素对哮喘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

Effect of Tripterygium polyglycosid and glucocorticoid on the eosinophil of asthmatic rat's bronchoalveolar lavage fluid

目的 研究大鼠哮喘模型支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞的改变以及雷公藤和糖皮质激素治疗对BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞的影响。方法 随机将 4 0只大鼠分为正常、哮喘、雷公藤治疗和激素治疗组 ,并对其BALF的嗜酸性粒细胞进行计数。结果 哮喘组大鼠BALF中的嗜酸性粒细胞计数明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ;激素组BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞计数与哮喘组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。雷公藤组BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞计数与哮喘组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 雷公藤及激素可以明显降低哮喘大鼠BALF中的嗜酸性粒细胞数目 。

Objective It is to investigate the changes of eosinophil in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of asthmatic rat and the effects of Tripterygium polyglycosid and glucocorticoid on eosinophil in BALF. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into normal group, asthma group, Tripterygium polyglycosid group and glucocorticoid group. BALF of four groups were collected and eosinophil in which were determined. Results Eosinophil in BALF of asthma group was significantly higher than that of normal group ( P <0.01) and that of glucocorticoid group was lower than that of asthma group ( P <0.01) and that of Tripterygium polyglycosid group was significantly lower than that of asthma group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Tripterygium polyglycosid and glucocorticoid can markedly reduce the eosinophil of asthmatic rat and alleviate asthmatic symptom.
