中国“入世”及中国城镇化的一些思考

Some Thinkings on China's Accession to WTO and Urbanization

本文认为,加入WTO后既要了解其基本规则和具体协议,积极运用规则并修订规则,又要制定行之有效的正确对策,同时更要提高中国人自身的素质。中国所有经济问题总体而言是根源于中国的城乡经济二元结构,要想维持经济持续稳定的发展,就必须实现两化(工业化、城镇化)大体持平。因此要全面推进城镇化战略,走中国特色的城镇化道路。城镇化问题的核心在于城市建设与城市经济的关系问题。在进行城市建设的时候要抓住和掌握城市建设的特点。

This article maintains that to face the challenge of accession to WTO,we should understand basic rules and agreements of WTO,actively use and revise our rules and make proper policies.In General,all problems in China's economy are caused by dual structure of China's urban and rural economies.To keep steady economic development,industrialization and urbanization should be balanced.We should implement the strategy of urbanization in an all-round way,and take the path of urbanization with China's feature.The key problem of urbanization is the relation between urban construction and urban economy.We should pay attention to the special features of the cities in urban construction.
