It is sure that the market of security investment fund will be amain composition of our security market and the security investment funds will be the ultimate participants of our stock market. With the booming of Chinese securities market, security investment funds will play a decisive role in the market. So it is significant to establish asecurity investment fund evaluation system in rationality. This thesis expounds the necessity, the effectiveness and the practicability of that establishment. Moreover, the specific way to the establishment and the concrete content of the evaluation system are also in exploration in this thesis.
