独立自主是中国共产党始终坚持的基本原则,也是毛泽东思想活的灵魂之一。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党立足本国实际,在政治、经济、军事、对外关系上坚持独立自主,有效抵制了来自共产国际和俄共(布)的错误思想,找到了适合中国革命实际的道路,制定了符合中国国情的路线方针政策;同时,正确处理了与美英等国的关系,赶走了帝国主义势力,争取了中华民族的独立。正因为中国共产党坚持了独立自主的思想原则,才取得了新民主主义革命的胜利,建立了中华人民共和国。

Independence is the basic principle that the Communist Party of China has always adhered to and one of the living souls of Mao Ze-dong Thought.In the period of new-democratic revolution,based on the reality of its own country,the Communist Party of China adhered to independence in political,economic,military and foreign relations,resisted the erroneous ideas from the Communist International and the Communist Party of Russia(Bolshevik),found a road suitable for the actual Chinese revolution,and formulated line,principles and policies which are in line with China’s national conditions;meanwhile,it correctly handled relations with the United States,Britain and other countries,expelled the imperialist forces and gained the independence of the Chinese nation was won.It was because the Communist Party of China adhered to the principle of independence that it won the victory of the new-democratic revolution and established the People’s Republic of China.
