城市绿地防灾减灾功能与对策研究

From the advanced experiences at home and abroad,according to the requirements of emergency evacuation at earthquake disaster,then strategies and methods to disaster prevention and reduction functions of urban green land construction were put forward.

1城市绿地的防灾减灾作用与避难行动的要求1.1紧急避难行动特征与城市防灾减灾要求见表1。1.2各类城市绿地的防灾避险作用根据日本防灾绿地建设经验,一般可将城市防灾绿地系统分为中心防灾公园(>50hm2)、防灾公园(>10hm2)及临时避难地(>1hm2)三级防灾据点。
