Evaluation the Quality of Urban Human Settlement of Underdeveloped Cities in Arid Region——Taking Shihezi as an Example

The evaluation index system of the quality of human settlements in Shihezi was analyzed and established,and index weights were also determined by AHP and Delphi.Based on data standardization,the evaluation value and classification of the quality of human settlements in Shihezi was obtained.The results showed that the quality of human settlements in Shihezi was better and the evaluation value of natural ecological environment was the highest,finally reasonable suggestions were put forward according to the evaluation results.
