To express the theme of natural appearance of grass,water and tree in He County,human activities such as watching water,hobnobbing with water,playing water and watching water from high places were merged into the design,so people became more hobnobbing with Desheng River.Combing with the regional culture,commercial culture and water culture ran through the whole design.
