摘要
This study aimed to summarize the planning theory system of sightseeing agriculture for the first time through the research on the site selection, layout, partition planning, planning of property items, landscape planning, greening planning, economic and technical indicators of the sightseeing agricultural park (area).
1观光农业园(区)的规划选址1.1规划选址原则符合国土规划、区域规划、城市绿地系统规划和现代农业规划中确定的性质及规模,选择交通方便,有利于人流、物流畅通的城市近郊地段,园区尽量靠近城郊主要干道,有利于农产品的来往运输;选择宜作工程建设及农业生产,地形起伏变化不大的平坦地,作为观光农业园(区)建设。
