Gradient Analysis of Land Utilization and Landscape Pattern Based on the Buffer Zone in South Guangzhou City

基于缓冲带的广州南部土地利用景观格局梯度分析

Under the background of the 'Southwardly Development' of Guangzhou City,this paper chooses Panyu District as the research object and uses the 2005 land use data to quantitatively analyze the landscape layout and its change in the study area based on the support of GIS and Fragstats through combining landscape index and gradient analysis.The results show that it is feasible to show urbanization and the change of the spatial pattern of urban landscape through utilizing gradient analysis and landscape index.Over the course of 'Southwardly Development',the urbanization level of Panyu District has been enhanced unceasingly.And the landscape spatial patterns of different land uses and their variation characteristics are obviously different.

1研究区概况广州市番禺区地处广东省的中南部,珠江三角洲腹地,处于22°45’～23°05’N,113°14’～113°34’E,位于穗港澳"小三角"的中心位置。番禺是广州"南拓"重点区域,区位优势明显,水陆交通便利,是广州重要的工业强区和重要的工业出口基地之一。近年来,随着"城市南拓"的步伐,区内经济得到快速发展。
