1风景区雷击伤人事故分析不管是理论还是实际,空间电场很容易被地面导电物体屏蔽或削弱,具有一定高度的避雷针、架空避雷线更易使空间的电场发生畸变与削弱;风景区林木形成的大量水汽利于暖湿气流的抬升,易形成局部雷云电荷;即使凸出地面导电性不良的物体如:建筑物、树木、山峰等同样可以屏蔽或削弱空间的电场。
Almost all national key scenic spots have been struck by lightning which even gets the trees of dozens of meters high being split, shattered or burned. When lightning strikes a tree (or a mountain) and tourists happen to be at the scene, the lightning stroke of step voltage may occur, even cause casualties. This paper calculated the value of step voltage causing by lightning stroke and the industrial frequency current, lightning stroke current and the voltage value within the endurable limits to human body, and also discussed the methods of reducing step voltage when the lightning rods fitted in scenic spots. It is expected to provide a basis for the humanization design of lightning protective devices in scenic spots.
