Problems in the Construction of Urban Wetland Park in China and Countermeasures

Problems in the current construction of urban wetland park in China were analyzed from the perspectives of ideological understanding,professional technology,capital investment,planning and design and management system.Corresponding countermeasures were proposed,specifically,more efforts should be devoted in propaganda and education,professionals cultivated for wetland development,capital investment in protection of wetland increased,the principle of systematic protection,reasonable utilization and coordinated construction followed,the legal system for the protection and utilization of wetland established,management and coordination system for the protection and sustainable utilization of wetland resources established.
