摘要
Abstract On the basis of basic conditions of Qingyang County,beneficial and restrictive factors for the construction of eco-county were analyzed,guiding concepts and planning objectives of the eco-county construction were elaborated.Ecological construction of Qingyang County dominated by eco-county,ecoagriculture,eco-industry and eco-tourism,and also the ecological implementation mode of planning were introduced,the safeguarding mechanism was given.
