摘要
本文报导了在V^(5+)—TU氧化还原引发体系中甲基丙烯酸甲酯与羊毛纤维接枝共聚反应的规律,并探讨了反应机理。
The regularities of grafting copolymerization of MMA onto wool fibers using V^(5+)--thiourea redox system were studied. The graft yield increases significantly with the increase of reaction time at the initial stage of reaction but it does slow down during the prolonging duration of grafting. Moreover, the graft yield also increases with the concentration of monomer and with the temperature in the range of 30°to 50℃. A suitable increase of thiourea concentration was favorable to the reaction when the concentration of V^(5+) is fixed. The influence of acidity of medium on the reaction should not be neglected. On the basis of experimental results, the reaction mechanism was probed.
