摘要
纤维增强是水泥基材料高性能化的途径之一,以不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维加入混凝土中,研究其对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:1.0 kg/m3掺量抗压强度提高4.2%,劈裂强度提高8.5%,降低28天龄期弹性模量,提高了混凝土的变形性能;采用有限元法分析表明,聚丙烯纤维混凝土内形成了较大应力梯度,说明其可以用于基础混凝土。
Fiber reinforcement is an approach to obtain high-performance cementitious materials. The thesis presents a study on mechanical performance of concrete when polypropylene fiber of various volumes is added. The tests show that the compressive strength rises by 4. 2%and the cleavage strength by 8. 5%. At the same time,the elastic modulus within an age of 28 days is also lowered. All the figures indicate that the deformation behavior of the concrete is fairly improved. A finite element analysis further manifests a relatively large stress gradient with the polypropylene fiber concrete,which suggests that the material can be applied to the concrete products used for foundation construction.
