A Study on Establishing a Training System for Student-teachers' Educational Technical Competence in Vocational Teachers' Colleges

随着信息技术在职业教育中的迅速发展,对中高职教师的教育技术能力提出了更高的要求。作为培养职业院校师资的职技高师有必要明确师范生教育技术能力培养目标,建立一套科学的、以现代教育技术与教学资源设计开发课程为核心的、以提高师范生实践操作能力为主的教育技术公共课体系。

Information technology is increasingly applied to vocation education,which requires that teachers in secondary and tertiary vocational schools develop a higher competence in educational technique. Thus,it is necessary for the universities offering teachers to those schools to set the goals in training the student-teachers' capabilities of the type and establish a scientific curriculum of public courses of educational technology with modern educational technology and teaching material design and development courses as the core and improvement of these students' practical operational capabilities as major task.
