地方高校转型背景下服装专业应用型人才培养目标定位研究

Orientation of Application-oriented Talent Cultivation Goals for Apparel Specialty in Local Universities' Transitional Period

根据教育部对地方普通高校转型发展指导意见,通过对地方高校服装专业人才培养目标定位存在的问题、行业发展对地方高校服装专业人才培养提出的客观要求进行分析,明确提出地方高校应用型服装专业人才培养目标及实现目标的方法,为地方高校转型背景下服装专业应用型人才培养体系构建、改革培养过程和创新培养机制等提供理论依据。

The paper offers some theoretical grounds for the specialties of apparel of local universities to program their application-oriented talent cultivation system,reform cultivation processes and innovate cultivation mechanism as well as the objectives of talent cultivation and the methods to accomplish the goals on the basis of an analysis of the problems related and the demands of the development of apparel industry over professional talents according to the instructions on the transition of these universities by the Ministry of Education.
