摘要
校内生产性实训基地的有效运行,需要合理的规划建设和有效的利益分配均衡机制。针对这两方面设计调查问卷,并走访周边30余家大型汽车销售服务企业,获得用人企业相关意愿的第一手资料,为"汽修专业生产性实训基地"建设框架设计奠定了基础。本着循序渐进的原则,从小做大,从弱做强,"汽修专业生产性实训基地"已开始进入试运行阶段,对于实践过程中出现的困难和问题,需要学校不断改革创新,利用现有条件和资源探索解决路径。
The paper presented a framework design for an 'auto maintenance manufacturing practical training base'on the basis of the firsthand data obtained from about 30 auto sales and service companies through questionnaires on construction planning and benefit balance machanism for such a campus base. At present,the base has already been put into test running according to the principle of gradual improvement.However,the school authority has to go on with reforming and innovation to solve the difficulities and problems found in practice with existing conditions and resources.
