高等教育自学考试诚信缺失问题研究

当前,自考生抄袭作业、考试前购买"真题"、考试时打小抄或使用伪造证件替考等不诚信问题比比皆是,自学考试诚信缺失问题不容忽视。自学考试诚信缺失会扭曲自学考试人才培养的教育本质,破坏公平有序的竞争环境,降低自学考试文凭的社会认可度,影响社会诚信风气。从考生个人、办学机构和社会行政部门的角度研究高等教育自学考试诚信缺失问题产生的原因,从加强自学考试的内涵建设、法制建设和机制建设方面营造良好的社会诚信风气,找到解决诚信缺失的有效方法,呼吁自学考试回归到人才培养的本质上来,是十分重要的。

Necessary attention has to be paid to dishonesty in higher education examination for self-taught students such as cheating on assignments,buying so called ' authentic' papers prior to an exam,plagiarism or fake exam-related personal documents because they will distort the nature of the examination,destroy the fairness and order of the competition,make the diploma less reliable and undermine social credit as a whole.In the paper below,a study of great significance was made on the causes of the problem from the perspectives of individual student,educational institutions and administrative authorities to seek effective solutions and restore the nature of the examination in talent cultivation.
