摘要
习近平总书记在十九大报告当中指出中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国社会主要矛盾发生了变化。这不仅对中国教育事业和文化事业的发展提出了新要求,也对高等院校艺术专业应承担的国家责任、社会责任、教育责任和学科建设责任提出了新的任务。新时代艺术教育和一流建设是需要所有高校艺术专业教师的共同思考的问题,中国文联副主席、中国美术学院院长许江就提出了"新时代的艺术教育将更加重视道技相生、艺科融合、东方振兴这三个命题。"这种大环境下,高校艺术专业教师应该在党的十九大精神指引下,以强烈的主体意识和高峰意识,担当起艺术教学的社会责任和文化责任,坚持以立德树人为根本,以人的全面发展为目标,以创造力培养为核心,共同推动中国艺术教育事业的发展。
Xin Jinping ’ s conclusion in his report on the 19 th CPC National Congress that changes have taken place to major social contradictions in China when the socialism with Chinese characteristics develops into a new age not only sets new goals for the development of education and culture in China but also requires the specialties of arts in universities to take new responsibilties in the development of nation,society,education and the discipline itself. In this context,all the teachers of the specialty should reflect upon the development of art education and the construction of first class discipline in the new age as Mr Xu Jiang,President of China Academy of Art and Vice Chairperson of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles,said that art education in the new age should pay more attention to 3 issues,namely,mutual promotion of principles and techniques,integration of art and science and revitalization of Chinese culture.They should work together to take both social and artistic responsibilites for the development of art education of China with talent cultivation through moral education as a fundamental task,students’ overall development as a general goal and cultivation of their creative capability as a core mission guided by the spirit of CPC’s19 th National Congress.
