摘要
纯电动汽车的动力性能和续航能力一直是新能源汽车领域的技术难点,而对这两方面性能起阻碍作用的一个重要因素就是整车的重量。因此本文在综合分析近年来国内外对于纯电动汽车技术和汽车轻量化研究成果的基础上,探讨车身轻量化技术的现状和前景,分析车身轻量化技术对于纯电动汽车发展的必要性,研究纯电动汽车车身轻量化的关键技术,提出通过对车身重要受力部件例如汽车防护梁的结构创新设计,来降低车身质量,提高车身的力学性能,是在现有的技术及工艺水平条件下提高纯电动汽车性能最有效、成本最低的方法。
Dynamic performance and cruise Mileage have always been a technical difficulty for the development of new energy vehicles( BEV hereinafter) due to some factors,one of which is how to reduce vehicle weight. In the paper below,a study was presented about some key technologies,e.g. the innovative structural design of some important load bearing parts,e.g. impact beams,that is the most effective and cost-efficient method to reduce carbody weight,enhance carbody mechanical performance and improve BEV’s performance under current technical conditions after a discussion on today’s development and future of the technology and an analysis of its necessity for the development of BEVs on the basis of a review on the researches at home and abroad.
