摘要
以国学智慧为依托,分析教师教育力的内涵及其构成,探寻用国学智慧提升教师教育力的有效路径。气质涵养,以贤为友品自高;积知成智,传承中华文化智慧;以知促行,具象经典知行榜样。这三条路径能够提升教师教育力,进而推动国学和教育共同发展。
3 effective approaches were presented in the paper below to improve teachers’ educational force through Chinese wisdom on the basis of an analysis of the connotations and constituents of the force,namely,to cultivate one ’ s disposition by making friends with competent people,to increase wisdom by accumulating one’s knowledge of Chinse cultural classics and to act according to one ’ s knowledge. As a result,a coordinated development of both sinological studies and education can be achieved.
