A Study on Enterprise Space Management Based on an Operation and Maintenance Management Platform

空间管理是设施管理(FM)整合人力、资源、技术、进程等的主要方式之一,是降低空间成本和优化空间利用率的有效手段。基于运维管理平台提出一套企业空间管理的流程,以期提升企业的空间管理水平。

As one of the principal means to integrate labor force,resources,technology and processes in facility management( FM),space management is effective in lowering space costs and optimizing space unilization rate. In the paper below,a process for enterprise space management based on an operation and maintenance management platform was presented to improve the quality of the work.
