摘要
介绍了氯化氢合成工序降膜出酸系统在运行过程中存在的问题,降膜吸收器在开车过程中易产生液封,水力喷射泵管线在冬季出酸过程中易发生冻点,各降膜石墨接口易产生裂缝,打比重污染严重等,针对以上问题提出应对措施及相关的改进方法,杜绝了泄漏的发生,提高了系统的稳定性。
This paper introduces the problems in the process of hydrogen chloride synthesis in the process of acid production system,the film absorption device is easy to produce liquid seal in the driving process,the hydraulic injection pump pipeline is easy to produce freezing points in the process of acid production in winter,and the graphite interface of each film is easy to produce cracks.In order to prevent the leakage and improve the stability of the system,we put forward some measures to deal with the above problems and improve the methods.
