对氯乙烯单体的分析项目共分7项,分别为:水分、不挥发分、酸值、铁含量、乙炔含量、1,1—二氯乙烷含量、乙醛含量。其中,水分由卡尔费休水分仪测定;不挥发分由称重法测定;酸值由吸收法测定;铁含量由分光光度法测定;乙炔、1,1—二氯乙烷、乙醛含量由气相色谱法测定。

The analysis projects of vinyl chloride monomers were divided into 7 items:water,non-volatile,acid value,iron content,acetylene content,1,1-dichloroethane content,acetaldehyde content.Among them,water is measured by Karl fisher moisture meter;The non-volatile component is determined by weighing method;The acid value is determined by absorption method;Iron content is determined by spectrophotometry.Acetylene,1,1-dichloroethane and acetaldehyde content were determined by gas chromatography.
